The Story Behind the Brand

Tenet Recovery was founded by Nikhil Ramaswamy in San Francisco, California.

As a dedicated rugby player in the San Francisco community, Nikhil knew the toll that physical intensity takes on the body. After years of scrums, tackles, and gym sessions, he learned that longevity doesn't come from pushing harder, it comes from recovering smarter.

But when he tried to build his own home recovery space, the experience was frustrating. The market was flooded with cheap, unbranded knock-offs, and the few "premium" retailers treated customers like just another order number.

Nikhil launched Tenet Recovery to fix that.

Combining his passion for athletics with a decade of experience in Operations, he built a store that focuses on two things: Quality Equipment and Reliable Delivery.
