1. Shipping Costs & Speed Tenet Recovery is proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all products within the continental United States.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Transit Time: Freight shipments typically arrive 5–10 business days after leaving the warehouse.
2. Freight (LTL) Delivery: What to Expect For heavy items (Saunas, Massage Chairs, Cold Plunges), we utilize specialized freight carriers (e.g., R&L, Estes, SAIA).

The Curbside Rule: Delivery is "Curbside Only." The driver will lower the pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway.

Customer Responsibility: You must have 1–2 capable adults available to move the equipment from the curb into your home. The driver will not carry the item up stairs or through your front door.

Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You must be present to sign for the shipment.
3. CRITICAL: Inspection & "The 24-Hour Rule" Your signature on the delivery receipt is a legally binding document stating the item arrived in perfect condition.
Before You Sign:

Inspect the Packaging: Look for crushed corners, holes, or "Shock-Watch" indicators that have turned red.

Note Damage: If you see any signs of wear, write "Subject to Inspection - Possible Concealed Damage" on the receipt before signing.

Refusal: If the damage is severe (unit is crushed/pierced), REFUSE the shipment entirely and contact us immediately.
The 24-Hour Rule: You must unbox and inspect all components within 24 hours of delivery. Hidden damage (e.g., a cracked heating element or motor issue) must be reported via photo to support@tenetrecovery.com within this window to qualify for a manufacturer claim.
4. Returns & Cancellations

Return Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%–25% depending on the manufacturer.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return freight shipping on non-defective returns.
5. Manufacturer Warranty We uphold the full, authentic manufacturer's warranty for all products, covering structural and electronic components as specified in your owner's manual.
