1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
- Transit Time: Once the item leaves the warehouse, freight shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
2. Freight (LTL) Delivery: What to Expect
Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we utilize specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers (such as R&L, Estes, or SAIA). Please review the following delivery terms carefully:

The Curbside Rule: All deliveries are "Curbside Only." The freight driver will lower the pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway.

Customer Responsibility: To ensure a smooth delivery, you must have 1-2 capable adults available to move the equipment from the curb into your home. For safety and liability reasons, the driver will not carry the item up stairs, through your front door, or into your residence.
- Delivery Appointment: You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a specific delivery window. A signature is required upon delivery; therefore, someone must be present to receive the shipment.
3. CRITICAL: Inspection & "The 24-Hour Rule"
Your signature on the delivery receipt is a legally binding document confirming that the item arrived in perfect condition. To protect your investment, Northside Global LLC requires the following inspection process:
Before You Sign the Receipt:

Inspect the Packaging: Carefully check for crushed corners, punctures, or holes. Check the "Shock-Watch" indicators, if they have turned red, the item may have been mishandled.

Note Any Damage: If you see any signs of wear or damage, you must write "Subject to Inspection - Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Refusal: If the damage is severe (e.g., the unit is crushed or pierced), REFUSE the shipment entirely and contact us immediately.
The 24-Hour Rule:
You must unbox and inspect all components within 24 hours of delivery. Any hidden damage (such as a cracked heating element or motor issue) must be reported via photo to support@tenetrecovery.com within this 24-hour window to qualify for a manufacturer claim.

Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%-25%, depending on the manufacturer.
- Return Freight: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return freight shipping.
