Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your recovery system. Please note the following policies for this heavy-freight item:

• Hidden Damage: You MUST open the boxes and report any hidden damage with pictures within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
• 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees: Subject to standard restocking fees. The unit must be returned in good, resalable condition in the original manufacturer's box without writing or markings on the carton.
