• 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees:
• 15% Fee: For items returned in good, resalable condition with all original packaging.
• 25% Fee: If the original box/packaging is missing or damaged.
• Condition: The sauna must be returned in the original manufacturer's box without writing or markings on the carton.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned in good, resalable condition with all original packaging, while a 25% fee applies if the original box or packaging is missing or damaged.
